The Room Rate of $123.00 per night is subject to a daily $11.00 per day hotel service charge and prevailing taxes. Attendees will make their own reservation by contacting the hotel directly. They may do so by calling the hotel at 407-859-1500. Guests should identify themselves as ATTENDEES OF SOUTHERN RURAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER. Each guest will be charged one night room and tax upon making the reservation to guarantee the room as being part of the group. Individual reservations may be canceled without penalty outside of 72 hours prior to arrival. If canceled within 72 hours of arrival of the hotel will charge for the first night's room and tax. A no-show reservation is charged in full (room and tax).
Reservations need to be made by Monday, August 3, 2009.
- MEARS shuttle is $29 round trip to the hotel. Their number is 407-423-5566. To reserve go to the Mears counter and purchase a ticket for the next run.
- You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization by August 10th, by notifying Vicki Vaughn by email vickiv@srdc.msstate.edu . If you must cancel, please notify Vicki by email by August 10th at which time a refund for the registration amount, less a $50 cancellation fee, will be processed. Cancellations made after August 10th as well as no-shows are liable for the full registration fee.
