  • Congratulations to all of the SR-PLN 2021 Virtual Fun Run/Walk participants!!!

    Fun Fact : The cumulative miles ran/walked/biked this year was 103.91 miles, roughly the distance between Ardmore, Oklahoma, and Fort Worth, Texas, site of next year’s SR-PLN!!!
    We hope to see you there!!

    No matter what distance you travelled or how long it took you to get there, you are all winners for participating in this year's SR-PLN Fun Run/Walk!!!

    Top 3 Participants Who Ran/Walked Farthest:
    1. Michelle Olgers, Virginia Cooperative Extension, 10.33 miles
    2. Stacey McCullough, University of Arkansas, 5.25 miles
    3. Gina Peek, Oklahoma State University, 5 miles

    *Alyssa Walden, Virginia Cooperative Extension, 7.5 miles (Alyssa biked, so we will be sure to include a biking category next year!)  

    Top 3 States with the Most Participants:
    1. Arkansas, 8 runners/walkers 
    2. Mississippi and Virginia, 4 runners/walkers/biker (tie)
    3. Florida and Georgia, 3 runners/walker (tie)          

    Top 3 States with the Farthest Distance Cumulatively Covered:
    1. Arkansas, 24.26 miles ran/walked
    2. Virginia, 23,93 miles ran/walked/biked
    3. Florida, 10.53 miles ran/walked
