• Register for entire meeting (joint PLN and AEA or ASRED)
  There is a registration fee of $350 that includes the costs of meeting space, breaks, luncheons and workshop materials. For AEA and ASRED, a guest fee of $40 will apply as well as additional tour costs. Extension directors and administrators will be informed by respective Association officers about the AEA and ASRED portions of the meeting. Directors and Administrators who plan to attend PLN and AEA or ASRED should use the secure online registration form (the secure online registration form can only be viewed in Internet Explorer) or print form to register participants by Friday, August 8. Print forms should be mailed to the Southern Rural Development Center at Box 9656, Mississippi State, MS 39762 or faxed to 662-325-8915. Checks should be made payable to the SRDC (Federal ID #64-6000819). Registration refunds will be made for cancellations made at least three working days prior to the conference.   There is a registration fee of $175 that includes the costs of meeting space, breaks, two luncheons, a joint reception and workshop materials. Extension directors and administrators should view the Letter to Extension Directors/Administrators. Then, use the secure online registration form (the secure online registration form can only be viewed in Internet Explorer) or print form to register participants by Friday, August 8. Hotel Information:

The Embassy Suites Hotel - Little Rock is located at 11301 Financial Centre Parkway, Little Rock, AR 72211. The hotel is located in the heart of Little Rock's newly developed financial business district near the city's best shopping. The hotel offers a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and evening receptions.

A block of rooms has been reserved in the name of the Southern Rural Development Center. Rates are $72 single and $82 double if booked by the priority date of Friday, August 8. After this date, reservations will be accepted based on space and rate availability. Participants should make their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly at 501-312-9000, toll free at 1-800-EMBASSY (1-800-362-2779) or online.

Transportation:

Personal Transportation Specialists, owned by Allan Keathley, offers transportation to and from the airport for $15.00 per car (price subject to change in coming months). Reservations can be made by calling 501-490-0009 or e-mailing taxitaxitaxi@aol.com.
