Meeting Rate
$119 per night, single and double occupancy. 15.01% sales tax. No additional taxes or accommodation fees apply.

The $119 meeting rate is available three days before and after the meeting. Please contact the hotel to determine the availability of rooms.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff will verify your departure date. All early departure changes after check in will be charged one night's room and tax.

Reservations
Please call the Marriott reservation line at 1-800-533-0127 and indicate you are with the SRDC/PLN room block. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged one night's room and tax.

Reservation Deadline
Hotel reservations must be made by Monday, July 30th, 2007 in order to obtain the meeting rate. After July 30th , our room block will be released for sale to the general public and reservations will be accepted on a space-available and meeting-rate available basis only.

Internet Access
Wireless Internet access will be available in the meeting rooms at no charge to you. Unlimited high speed Internet access and long distance service is available in the guest rooms at $9.95 per day.

Airport Transportation
For those flying into the Louisville international airport (SDF), taxis are available at approximately $16 one way. Louisville does not have a hotel shuttle service. If you are renting a car, below are the driving directions. It is approximately 8 miles from the airport to the hotel.

Driving Directions from the airport: Take 264 East one mile to I-65 North about 6 miles to Brook Street exit. Turn left onto Jefferson. Hotel is on the left, 2 blocks down. (map)

Parking
Hotel parking is available for $16 per day (self park) or $20 valet. The hotel does not own the parking structure and cannot provide parking discounts.
