1. Produce two courses for the CECP website during the coming year: Newsletters and Marketing Your Programs
Ashley Wood, FL, will coordinate the Newsletter module; Ellen Ritter and Carol Whaley will coordinate Marketing Your Programs
2. Complete the revision of the list of core competencies

3. Coordinate with CECP steering committee to aid other program committees with module development
4. Evaluate alternative web conferencing software for possible adoption and licensing as an ASRED/AEA resource to be used in donducting conferences, training, and Extension educational programs throughout the Southern Region
5. Using CECP-online.org the CIT committee will develop a course that can be used as a decision tool in determining which distance technologies best suit a particular learning environment
6. CIT will develop a course on how to author content online using CECP-online.org
7. Review and revise content exchange standards for collaborative efforts (i.e., e-Extension, CECP)
8. Update the Video Conference Site Inventory list
