   Mississippi will sponsor meetings for specialists and state staff. April 2008

3. Support for State, Regional, and National Committee Structures

   Each state leader has responsibility to serve as a liaison for planning multi-state and national functions: communicating state needs and concerns across the 4-H movement. Ongoing

   Quarterly brief in-service programs for state program leaders. 06/07 prog. yr.

5. Resolution to ongoing discussion with National 4-H HQ concerning: 1) Doubling 4-H Club Members, 2) NAE4-HA and State Association, 3) Curriculum System Issues, and 4) National Jury Review Questions

   Bo Ryles will represent the SR 4-H PL's in discussions with Dr. Kress concerning national issues. 06/07 prog. yr.
