The 2004 Joint Meeting will be held at the Grand Casino Biloxi Bayview Hotel, 265 Beach Boulevard, Biloxi, MS 72211. The hotel is located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Biloxi's Casino Row on Beach Boulevard.

A block of rooms has been reserved in the name of "Southern Rural Program Leadership Conference." Rates are $89 single/double if booked by the priority date of Thursday, July 29.
