Planning Committee Structure - Southern Region 4-H Leaders Forum One volunteer, plus one 1862 and one 1890 salaried staff representative from the current year's host state. (Chair) One-volunteer, plus one 1862 and one 1890 salaried staff representative from the next year's host state (Vice Chair) One volunteer, plus one 1862 and one 1890 salaried staff representative from the following year's host state (2nd Vice Chair) One volunteer, plus one 1862 and one 1890 salaried staff representative from the previous year's host state. Four volunteers (one from each of four states) chosen for two year terms from states not represented above. One representative from Rock Eagle. One representative from State 4-H Leaders. One representative from USDA. One representative from National 4-H Council. This makes a total of 20 members of the overall planning committee for the Forum. Each state may add members to their committee for statewide planning.
