Planning Committee Structure - Southern Region 4-H Leaders Forum

  • One volunteer, plus one 1862 and one 1890 salaried staff representative from the current year's host state. (Chair)
  • One-volunteer, plus one 1862 and one 1890 salaried staff representative from the next year's host state (Vice Chair)
  • One volunteer, plus one 1862 and one 1890 salaried staff representative from the following year's host state (2nd Vice Chair)
  • One volunteer, plus one 1862 and one 1890 salaried staff representative from the previous year's host state.
  • Four volunteers (one from each of four states) chosen for two year terms from states not represented above.
  • One representative from Rock Eagle.
  • One representative from State 4-H Leaders.
  • One representative from USDA.
  • One representative from National 4-H Council.

This makes a total of 20 members of the overall planning committee for the Forum. Each state may add members to their committee for statewide planning.
